    If you have appreciated stocks or mutual funds in a taxable investment portfolio, donating some or all of the shares to HHS means you will likely have a significant opportunity to pay less  in tax. We liquidate the donated assets, and we put the net proceeds in your Donor Advised Fund (DAF).  The funds become immediately available for granting to one or more charities

    If you own part or all of a business and have a desire to increase your charitable giving we can help. Consider donating a portion of your non-voting shares to HHS and receive an tax deduction that will provide immediate improvement in personal cash flow and more dollars for your charitable giving plans.

    Any dividends paid out to HHS on the donated non-voting shares  goes directly into your Donor Advised Fund (DAF) and is available for gifting as part of your giving plan.

    Limited Parterships

    If the partnership agreement allows for a transfer of the ownership donating all or part of your interest to HHS could generate a tax deductible benefit and improved cash flow.

    Limited partnership interests generally represent investments with long time horizons before substantial benefits are realized, however,  if the investment generates annual cash distributions such as rental income, then these funds would flow into your DAF and be available for your charitable giving.

    Since partnership agreements vary this type of investment requires more due diligence to evaluate and quantify for charitable giving. Our qualified professionals will need to review the partnership agreements to determine the suitability of this asset for use in your charitable giving plans.
